By purchasing tickets through this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Upon successful payment, you will receive your e-ticket via email. Please ensure your email address is correct. E-tickets should be presented (printed or on mobile device) at the zoo entrance.
Day passes are valid for the selected date only. Annual memberships are valid for 364 days from the date of first use. Special encounter experiences must be used on the selected date.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Promotional discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
The zoo reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who do not comply with zoo rules and regulations. Last entry is at 4:30 PM daily.
Auckland Zoo is open daily from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, except Christmas Day. Opening hours may vary for special events. Please check before your visit.
The zoo operates in all weather conditions. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. Some animal exhibits may be temporarily closed for animal welfare reasons.
Visitors enter the zoo at their own risk. The zoo is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property except where caused by the zoo's negligence.
